S H I P P I N G
All orders are sent the next business day via FedEx or EMS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent via email a tracking number.
Orders take an estimate 3-7 days to arrive
Sakti Healing is not responsible for or any lost or stolen packages. You must file a claim with the courier directly. If items arrive damaged you must file a claim with the courier.
Sakti Healing is not responsible for packages that have wrong or incomplete addresses, phone numbers, or emails provided to us by the customer during check out. Please include your country code on your phone number and always check you entered full address.
Parcels marked as “Delivered” do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. You must file a claim with courier if you have not received items marked as “Delivered.” Parcels marked as “Abandoned” do not qualify for a refund nor replacement.
All international orders may be subject to import fees and local taxes that are the responsibility of the customer to remit.
If you are concerned about your countries local tax fees – please check within your Country.
Sakti Healing has no control over international carriers, customs policies. and package arrival time frames.
Sakti Healing provides no refunds if a package is refused for delivery at customs, or failed delivery attempts by courier.

Due to the nature of our products and the high costs of shipping from Indonesia – we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not provide refunds.

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
