We ‘saktihealing.com’ protects all the information that you share when you use this website.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is strictly protected. If you are asked to provide certain information when using this website, then we can assure that it will only be used in accordance with our policy.
This Policy is effective from January 2021.

Your personal information

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any outside sources or third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. All personal details collected by the website are protected and strictly confidential.
All personal information shared during sessions and courses are also strictly confidential.

Our Policies

Online services require full payment before 24 hours before your session. It is ideal to send payment when you receive booking confirmation. We ask you to send us a screenshot of your payment via email.

In person services require full payment on arrival of your session.

Whilst being truly empathetic, we cannot take the financial responsibility of last minute cancellations. In fairness to all beings, this policy is in effect no matter what the reason for cancellation.

We require a FULL 24 HOURS NOTICE to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • If LESS than 24hours notice is given, a CANCELLATION FEE of 50% will apply.
    IF NO NOTICE is given at all you are then liable for the full session cost as this could have been given to another client.
    Please honor these time slots and the therapists time and preparation they put into each session.
  • If you are to arrive late, this time will be taken off your session as our therapists works on a schedule to have space between clients to clean and clear the energy and the room in between sessions. Please respect the boundaries and time slots.

 

 
Store policies

Crystals are fragile parts of the Earth. Without immense care they can break and crack.

  • We do not offer refunds to any crystals or store items purchased at Sakti Healing.
  • We do not offer any refunds on purchased products.
  • We do not offer any exchange on any products.
